I have had a problem with sciatica and stress/anxiety. I sleep on the sheet each night and it's such a restful sleep that I wake up so rested. I've noticed that the sciatica is not bothering me as much since I've been sleeping on it.
I must add that I also have a grounding mat that I stand on when I'm in the kitchen or using my laptop. I've tried so many different supplements/creams/oils for sciatica and the pain would NOT go away...It's 95% gone now. I'll continue grounding!
